- Cloud storage for your generated clips
- Export and sharing tools
- Analytics and performance tracking
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use FragCut. If you're under 18, you need parental/guardian consent.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Beta Access & Free Credits
Current Beta Program
During our beta period, new users receive 3 free video processing credits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
Beta features are provided "as-is" and may change without notice. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the Service.
5. Content Ownership & License
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your original streaming content and generated clips. By using our Service, you grant FragCut a limited license to:
- Process and store your content to provide the Service
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
- Display your clips within the platform interface
5.2 Platform Rights
FragCut and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.3 Third-Party Content
You're responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any content through our Service, including music, gameplay footage, and other copyrighted material.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
✗ Upload illegal or harmful content
✗ Violate others' intellectual property
✗ Harass or abuse other users
✗ Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
✗ Resell or redistribute our Service
✗ Use bots or automated tools
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Payment & Subscriptions
7.1 Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Current subscribers will be grandfathered at their existing rate for the billing cycle.
7.2 Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
7.3 Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you haven't used the Service. Partial refunds may be available at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
8. Account Termination

You may cancel your account anytime through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service. We'll provide notice when possible.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
Important Legal Notice
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from our AI.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FragCut and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Third-party platform changes (Twitch, YouTube API changes)
- Content that violates third-party copyrights
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@fragcut.io to attempt informal resolution.
10.2 Binding Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for intellectual property claims or small claims court matters.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually. No class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
